Terms & Conditions
These are our terms & conditions:
- RINKA or any of it's staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
- RINKA reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions and any additional needs your child may have and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at office@rinka.ie
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing office@rinka.ie
- We operate on a drop and go policy - parents do not enter the teaching space for classes or camps. Parents are welcome to wait outside or close by.
- Parents must drop children to the door of the class and ensure the instructor is present before leaving.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- RINKA is only responsible for your child during class times, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are collected promptly after class finishes, and you must collect them from the door of the class
- Classes are subject to minimum numbers and venues / times may change - any changes will be communicated via the registered email
- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
- You can cancel your membership at any time. Just send us written confirmation to bookings@rinka.ie with 28 days' notice.
- We do NOT issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
- In the event of class cancellations caused by adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control we regret that refunds will NOT be issued. we will, where possible make efforts to reschedule the missed class.
- In the event of lock-down - cancelled classes/camps spaces will carried forward to when it is safe for classes to be completed or offered online.
Should the time come where we are required by government guidelines to pause our classes that’s exactly what we will do to your monthly payment – hit pause until classes resume as normal.
Camp Refunds (does not apply to classes):
- 100% refund is offered if camp space is cancelled by you up to 14 days prior to the start date minus €10 administration fee.
- No refund will be offered on cancellations made in the 14 days prior to camp start date.
- We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
- Payments will be returned if a camp has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
